Upgrade issue from phpbb 2.0.17 to 2.0.19

when running the update_to_latest.php file I get the following errors:
My Guess it has something to do with the rootpath issue but what and how? Any suggestions?
Am thankful for any pointers so that I can upgrade to the latest phpbb version and get the patches in and finally get it all back online again with at least a little bit of security.
