I had an old site where people donated. I have decided to go with integramod and redid the whole site. I added the donors from the old site to this site, but at first the amount was shoing up as 0. I figured out the problem and was able to get the correct amounts up and running, however the other two posts that have zeros are still showing.

I need to know how to delete donors/entries from the donor list. If you can help me thank you. God Bless!!

Okay I just had a person test the donation link. Everything works fine but on the list they are showing up as anonymous....they did not check the checkbox to show anonymouse...why is is showing up as anonymous....

Do you have to be logged into the forums to be recognized as a donor or will it flag u as anonymous if it doesn't recognize you?

After applying fix you may need to clear your boards cache in ACP / IM Portal for it to take effect.

The donor was logged in to donate....the donate options doesn't show nless you are logged in....and my main question is....how do i remove donors from the donor list....

I too would like an answer to this question. I added a couple entries manually because the website did not pick up people who were donating.
