Ok I got a couple questions.

But before I do I wanted to say that this is I think my first post here but I've been coming here for a couple years now and wanted to thank anyone who has ever posted a thread or reply helping someone else. I'm usually the sole moderator of my forums and am always encouraging the members to visit the websites and to help eahc out when possible thru the dissemination of information, what ever that info may be. So this is a thanks and an apology for not contributing sooner. HAHA since I'm usually gaming. hint: most of my forums/websites are centered arounded MMOs.

But anywho,

I have a hosting account with Godaddy and they only have ftp support. Is there a better way to copy the forums other than bouncing the files to my PC first?
I built my 1st L.A.M.P box and loaded IM 1.4.0 on it , but when u click on certain links it just goes to a blank page. http://test.watchfiregaming.com; I can just reload this but, if the fix is easy then I'd like to just go the easy route.
when is enough enough lol. While I love the basic integramod 1.4 there are a tons of mods that look great but I'm hesistant to add anything that will slow down my sites.
Thanks again.

Well, to answer question 1, I dont think there is any other way to upload the files to your server, unless they had a special setup on there end that would allow you too.

sorry about that I was eating while I posted that so I was one-handed...but if you click into several of the forums they end up going thru the motions and nothing happens.

I've gone thru and resynced everything, optimized the dbs, rechecked the CHMODing.

ok I just dbl checked and I can't seem to get to any of the forums. I can get to the admin index ok. I can't get prillian to launch. So again I'm not sure if this is just my stupid server acting up or somehow I messed up the forums.

Again, I recently downloaded a good copy of my working forums and can quickly push everything to this site and replace the DB and tables. Which ever is better...

Ok I figured it out.

I'm using software called ISPConfig on my linux box. Which also manages my Firewall software that is installed. I didn't have the port open to allow MySql traffic thru. Once I did that I was then able to click on a forum name and it actually go there.
