My qbar link for "Site Album" when clicked on displays the following error meessage: Hacking attempt... Details Logged

Does anyone know what could cause this?

Integramod 1.4.0
phpBB 2.0.21
debug off
gzip off
php 4.4.4 (current)
mysql 4.0.27

errr, if you installed the patch for the hackings, than its that that is causing it.. I am thinking.

I don't have 1.4.0 so I can't test it out <img>

What patch are you talking about?

All i've done is: installed 1.4.0 and updated to current phpbb and security mod.
