i already set able to creat thumbnail.

but get the pic

no thumbnail images available

In ACP->Photo Album->Configuration
make sure your you have the right GD version selected for optimization. And verify if the file you're uploading is an allowed file type and if that file type is enabled.

i think it causes of the web hosting

because when i try to another hosting it dont have any eror

You need to have the proper libraries installed to compile GD w/ Apache.
