Bithdays and repeating events a day off

So...finally got around to registering here and still have the same old problem. Bdays and repeating events are a day off in my calendar. I've tried every possible combo of server and user time possible, but no dice. Since this now the "official" support forum, I still need help.

Has anybody come up with a fix for this yet?
