Problem with the dates on my forum

Whenever i or someone else posts at topic or reply on the forum it will say like posted yesterday instead of the correct date and time. I am at GMT +5 and have changed everything in the admin options that i could find to this and still have the issue. Does anyone know what is causing this problem?
