Help, guest can't view forum

Hi, I've just installed integramod 140 a couple days ago. I have the following problem: when a guest try to view a forum, it directed to a message:

Important message!
Please read the following post as it contains important update information......


I already setup the permission of the forum so guest can view and read the topics.

So what's wrong here?? Anybody?

Well actually that is not only happen to guest, when i login as a user I also have the same problem.
