Forum Bug in upgrade from phpb

Hmm cant seem to find anything about this here. But after upgrading our site from phpbb it seems we cant move the forum categories around. And any catagories we try to add will only go at the top of all the old ones. Is there a workaround for this that anyone knows of?

when you make or edit the catagory, you tell it then where to go. PM me your cpanel info so i dont have to search through pages of messenger history and ill check it out
