Please fix the Lockout system

On this site, I'm supposed to get a prompt which takes me to my security question so that I can enter my security answer and unlock my account. Instead I get a message saying "Email Message Was Blank"

Can you please take a moment to fix this. This is my third time being locked out this year and getting that response. So this means it has been broke for awhile now. I haven't said anything because it takes me only a minute to reregister. But in case you haven't noticed or answer your admin pms telling you that an account has been locked, well here it is: its broken

And while you're at, can you please unlock my account.

Have you updated? Have you used the update scrip?
To get you started you can use phpmyadmin and add the info manually but I think there may be more updates ready..

interesting. I locked myself out. I requested a new password. It was sent to my email address and it worked fine. If you misstype it once, it will make you use the letter images AND still require your username/password.

as for checking the Integrateam PM box for locked accounts.... sometimes there are a dozen in a day. All usually correct themselves. That is what the mechanism is there for.

I unlocked your account. If you still have trouble accessing it, let me know and ill pm the account your using now with a temp password

I've got the same problem on my real account (dpmcalister). Please can you unlock that one as well? Thanks.
