hi i was wanting to set up the donate facility.on my acp>gen admin>config i've entered the email address of my paypal account against "Your PayPal account to receive payment from members" and "Your personal account in PayPal:"
but when i test it takes me to a donation screen and then it just says :
Website PayPal account has not been set up to receive funds, please contact our administrator to report this issue.
what am i missing ?

I don't think that your paypal account has been completed. I'd go to paypal.com, log in and see if everything is finished.
