i have just tried the files in the download section i cant seem to access the upgarde_tolatest.php file what is it that i have to do my website is http://www.specialforces-community.net so do i type
http://www.specialforces-community.net/ ... latest.php

is that what i have to type cause if so nothing happens could you let me know thankx

upload the entire Install folder including update_to_latest.php
is your forum in your site root? or in a folder in your site root, such as
http://www.specialforces-community.net/forum

if it is in the root the the url should be
http://www.specialforces-community.n e t/install/update_to_latest.php
if it is in a folder in root the the url should be
http://www.specialforces-community.n e t/your IM folder/install/update_to_latest.php

Please be sure to delete your install folder after you update. Notice I only changed the .net so these links will not be active
