Order of attachments when posting?

Is there a modification that reverses the order of the attachments? For instance, when you want to make somewhat of a "picture slideshow" with the attachment mod, you have to upload the pictures backwards because when you upload a new picture it automatically goes to the bottom.
I also have a suggestion. If this mod does exist, I think it would be worthy of being added to a future release of the software. If it doesn't exist, it seems to me like it would be easy to create. Maybe have the order reversed, and then have arrows in the create/edit topic page that you could use to move a single image up or down in the line.
