I have a new host/webpage with nothing on it. I installed IntegraMod and got to the part where I enter my Registration info. and I get a two part problem.

Part One says, "Sorry, but this username has already been taken.
Sorry, but that e-mail address is already registered to a user.
The control image doesn't match what you've typed in"

I used the same info I used when I was filling out the original admin info. O.K. fine, so I try changing the user name and email and then it tells me the "The control image doesn't match what you've typed in." I have tried it 5 times, typing upper and lower case just like it shows, then using all lowwer case then all upper case letters.

I am stumped!!!

I just tried to register as a ficticious person using an email that I own but hadn't tried before and it gave me the same "The control image doesn't match what you've typed in." message. Is it case sensitive?

But that still doesn't answer my initial problem of why it said "Sorry, but this username has already been taken. Sorry, but that e-mail address is already registered to a user." during the original install.

I guess I'll delete everything (including database) and start fresh and clean again tomorrow.

Where you trying to register after an install?

If so why as when you install it registers you already

No I wasn't trying to register. During the install process it takes you to your profile screen and says you need to fill in the info. I put it my admin name and email and that's when I got the error messages.

Required fields have an asterix * beside them, sometimes just below if the text is too long. Are you sure that you're filling in all the required fields?

You dont need to re-enter your admin name just the required fields with the * by them

I guess it was a Firefox problem. I reloaded from scratch using IE and it went smooth. Problem solved. <img>
