When we have someone post pics i the album the thumbnail comes out crappy, but when you click on the pic it comes up fine. Any suggestions?

What do you mean by 'crappy'?

color is distorted or no color at all. But when you click on
thumbnail and the picture comes up it is fine.

Sounds like a problem with the GD Software installed on the machine. Could you do me a favor?

ACP > Security > click "Info: gdlib" and paste here what shows up on the right pane

Wow, this is really strange. What version of integramod are you using? What version of securityMOD and what version of phpbb is your site running?

Upload this file to the root of your webserver. Its a PHPInfo file, which will display publicly the same as ACP > Security > PHPINFO Page displays - Upload this file and link me to it via PM so that I can take a look at the configuration of php/apache.

Also try this: ACP > Photo Album > Configuration > Set "Optimize for the version of GD" to GD2 -- In the same configuration window find "Thumbnail quality (1-100)" and change it to 100.
