IntegraMOD

OK guys, IntegraMod 140 is up and running. Using Filezilla for FTP. Backed up my entire "forum" directory to hard drive. What's the next step? Should I do security? I see the phpbb upgrade, what's up and how to with this? Keep in mind, when it comes to forums, I'm only in grammer school. It will be realy easy for a reply to talk over my head.

Get familiar with the operation and the ACP there is plenty of time to add the security, as there may be several updates. If you are able to hang on for a while we are working on 1.4.1, which will be completeà¢Ãƒ ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ã‚ ¬Ãƒâ€šÃ‚ ¦

is ur forum up and operational on the site or you just uploaded the integramod files ?

Forum is up and running, familiar with ACP. Added categories and forums, uploaded custom header, configured blocks on portal, added a download after creating a download category, uploaded pic's, created albums, uploaded Avitar, created permissions, assigned to users, etc... I feel very comfortable with the IntegraMod software itself. Scheduled data backups and backed up the entire forum to my hard drive (crashed it once fooling around and had to reload from scratch). I guess where I need to go is upgrade phpBB and security updates? I see updates available and styles but don't know how to load. Oh yes, I did upload one modified style from this forum and installed OK. The instructions were very specific. Trying to build a basic "how to" with screen shots in Word. After I get a little further along, will post it on this forum.
