I installed IM 140 with no trouble, but it's got an older version of phpbb in it so I replaced the necessary files and now I get this error:

Could not query portal config table

SQL Error : 1146 Table 'mandron_realhandicappingtalk.PORTAL_CONFIG_TABLE' doesn't exist

What did I do wrong?

did you do 17 to 19 first, then 20?
you currently cannot go directly to 20 from 17

I didn't realize that.... Ok, time to unpack the backup! Is there a warning somewhere in the instructions that I missed? If not, shouldn't there be?
