Adding links in overall header menu

Can anyone point me in the right direction to add links in the overall_header? or where ever they go now? want to add links to top menu...thx in advance.

acp>general admin>Qbar then click on menu, here you can edit and add new links <img>

I allways wondered what hte extra menus were for in the qbar...ha ha ha thx a million. Been using this thing for a year or so now and still learning. Thx Cleo.......Ray

also do not forget that you can have a couple if different style menus as in list and bar. Sometimes worth playing with.
