Important information when accessing forums with new account

Hello, I have made a couple of dummy accounts on my new forums. When i click on a new forum with any of the new accounts it brings up the click here for important information on your installation screen. If i delete the forum that has the integramod welcome message it says specified forum not found and won't let me get past it. I don't think that new users should have to click that the first time they post. Is there any way to turn that off for new users so they don't have to click that first before seeing the forum?

This is due oto the Force To Read (FTR) Mod
You can disable it by doing the following:

ACP -> FTR Management -> FTR Configuration
Set "Deactivate this mod?" to Yes
