Getting rid of Integramod banner in SubBlack

I cannot get rid of that integramod banner. where is this option, i've been looking for it for 2 hours now. Does anyone know please?

sorry yeah, i found the code in overall_header.tpl... now how do i center it
I've tried <center><div><aligh> tags, and none work

In overall header.tpl my code looks like this and it is centered.....But for some reason, I have the tiniest amount of right hand scroll and can't seem to shake it......Im talking milimeters worth of left to right travel.

I was able to get rid of the banner, I just wanted the banner that is showing up on http://chaoseffect.nrgservers.net to show up centered.
