Whenever I use the spellcheck function on my portal in a post or a PM, and it flags a word as incorrect that I know is correct, I click on the "Learn" option. The next time I use spellcheck, however, it doesn't appear to have "learned" the new word. Could this be related to an incorrect file permissions setting somewhere?

Any ideas????

Do you still use 140? Are you still having the same problem?

Have you tried the same in 1.4.1?

Out of curiosity I will have to look for myself now <img>

I actually use 1.4.0 and 1.4.1. I haven't noticed the problem on the 1.4.1 board - only the 1.4.0 board. I probably have a CHMOD permission set incorrectly somewhere. It hasn't been a big enough issue so far to look in to farther at this point, but I'll do some digging on it soon. I had hoped someone might know the proper file to check the CHMOD setting.

learn never worked for me in 140, but it's working on 141 on my site
