Migrate from phpbb2.0.20

I have an active phpbb2.0.20 forum and I have been trying to migrate to integramod 1.40 so far with no success.

I want to move my entire forum (users and all) to integramod can anyone help me.
So far i have seen upgrades to the phpbb version but not any real upgrade from phpbb to integramod, I managed to install and run a brand new integramod forum but found no way so far to transfer the data of course I prefer upgrading to transfer if this is even possible.

Dont believe there is one. There are so many additions to IntegraMod I dont think anyone has written the conversion script. For now I believe the only way is by hand, later we may get some time and work on this for 1.4.1

In which case can you help me with the manual transfer?
What should I use and how should I do it, at the moment the only thing I can think of is using my sql queries to achieve the transfer but that would mean I would have to know what roles each and every table in the DB take, so can you help me with that?
Or is there an easier way?
