I fill out all the information needed, title, comment, file path. When i submit i get this message

No pictures selected for upload or unknown error

The correct image extension is correct and allowed. Im logged in as admin so permission rights shouldnt matter....

I think it is a permissions error. double check all your permissions (ch mods) in pafiledb
