[Solved] Auto-Login still does NOT work

Hi all,

I am still stuck with this auto-login issue... even if my users (me included) check the "Remember me" box they have to login again next time if they closed their browser.

I am using the latest version of IM and phpbbsecurity and have tried almost all workarounds proposed in the "old" IM forum where a lot of guys were having this problem aswell, with no luck
I have searched the forum but didnd't find anything related.

That's the only one bug remaining on my portal and we are experiencing it for 2 months I think its enough now, don't you?

Any idea is more then welcome!

PS: sorry for my english I am from Belgium

Cheers

Hi

Have you set up the Allow automatic logins in the ACP/GENERADMIN/CONFIGURATION...

Also the Automatic login key expiry make sure it is set to 0

lemme know

I had a similar issue when I first set mine up awhile back and it ended up being my cookie settings. So in addition to fi's suggestion above, you might want to make sure your cookies are correct

I can see his humor. He is stating his allegiance to where his heart is not his body. (Sounds like his mind is off the planet but we don't have a flag for that! lol)

The code files are for phpbb 2.0.20 update...what version of phpbb are you running..?

phpBB 2.0.17

but i didn't want to upgrade phpbb seperately from integramod... 1. because I'm a n00b 2. because i figured when 1.4.1 comes out, it'll upgrade phpbb with it... right?
