other people avatar and rank not showing

On my site, other people avatar and rank arn't showing on the view topic (my avatar and rank do though) , it works perfectly on my shoutbox, this is probley a simple thing, but i can't find it. Help???

The shoutbox is the only place anyone can see it, the admin can see the other admin rank but that it (id 2 can see id 3, both have admin ranks). Even more, where the avatar should be for others it says none (even in pcp) even though they have one, and the ranks arn't working before admin as well, i have a rank called specialist and gave to one of my j admin, but i can't see him with this rank even the memberlist, HELP.

It has everything to do with Friend or not...

The ones chosen as your friends do see your avatar,
others do not...

That's why some can see it and others don't...

go Admin,
P.C.P.,
PCP Wizard,
Alter page display,
From the very first dropdown menu, where it says Select a Page
Select 'phpBB Ãà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã… ¡ÃƒÆ’‚ » View Topic Ãà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬Ã… ¡ÃƒÆ’‚ » Left' and then the select button beside it
Scroll down to user_avatar
For 'Display When' change from 'Display my web infornation' to 'Display always',
And submit.

And hopefully you meant that i should do the same with my "user_rank title"

okaym now im in "PCP Wizard ÂÂÂ » Alter Page Display" and in:
phpbb-> viewtopic->left

user_rank_title: Display when - Always (it's already was on always, didn't change it) but my ranks still doesn't show only just my own <img>

Yesss! In searching the forums I found this message thankfully because this issue has been bugging me for days. Thanks for the pointer in the right direction. Isn't the PCP great?? Sometimes daunting but GREAT.
