Does this happen only when you add an article, or when you edit one too? Have you made any edits in the KB?

Having tested this on site, I see the issue was not there from the outset, and does happen on edits as well.

Additional- it looks like the issue has arisen since the 25th april as there was a good KB Post made then. You could search through ftp to see what has changed since then, or have you made any updates since then?

I suspect this may be to do with something outside kb.php Perhaps something with a .js file or functions file like includes/functions_kb etc.

If you are able to pm me a new ftp login, I could take a look?

An additional not is that it is not just you that has got this, I think it is probably some code changes that have recently been posted that are probably to blame.
