I'm not sure where to request this but... where can i find dark news icons? thanks!

Well...there are so many possibilities...
You can use any image as news icon.
For dark backgrounds better use .gif of .png images...
...or images with the same background...

But you probably allready knew that...
You're asking or images, but there are so many.
It would be useful to know what the news is about...
Sports, education, gaming, humor, animals,...?

You can even use mobile-phone wallpaperdemos as news-icons... <img>
There are so many sites about that...

cross posting can mean one of two things -
1 you are writing a reply to a post in a different thread to the one you mean to write in or
2 you write a comment at the same time as someone else does in a thread. however, on submit, the last post may seem disjointed in the flow of the thread as it does not seem to follow from the previous.

O ok, cool! We'll i just need basic icons like announcement, site update, and competition... Transparent background would be best if someone can find some.
