I am trying to convert IntegraMOD 141 to use hebrew and I see thr language pack only in IntegraMOD 140.
how can I turn the IntegraMOD 141 to hebrew?

you may use the 140 hebrew pack with 141, but you will have to compare and add the missing templates/images/lang_hebrew buttons.
you will also have to compare and update any missing fields from
language/lang_hebrew
modules/language/lang_hebrew
blocks/language/lang_hebrew
