how to add your own logo to site ?

hi im brand new to integramod and its set up and i wonderd if anyone can tell me how i can add my own logo to the portal and home pages plz.
any help appreciated

is it possible for me to have a header/logo the same size as the one shown on this site

i am new to all of this and at present im using fi subice black, i can create my own header/logo but i just need to know if its possible to use that size header with this particular theme?
if so, how would i add it to my site?
any help appreciated
