Topic Color Change Mod?

Found a version of this mod compatible with Integramod in the archive, however the download link was broken.

Anyone know how to get this mod working? I find it an invaluable tool when you want to make certain topics stick out. I had this on my old PHPBB forums but obviously it was lost when I upgraded to integramod.

Any help would be appreciated.

PS: For those unfamiliar with the mod, it allows Admin and Moderators to change the color of any single topic via the viewforum page. If I remember correctly, there was a little "C" link next to every topic if you were logged in as admin and you would just click on it, then select your color via a color wheel, and it would automatically change the color. Really was a handy and incredibly easy to install modification.

i know the mod, i've requested the IM port...
pm teelk about this he created the IM integration if i'm correct.
