Hi,

i have started this thread to see what we can do to make integramod a more seo friendly site. I would like people to make their suggestions!

I've done two things that seem to help.

The first is a play directly at Google's sitemaps. My IM site uses phpBB Google Sitemap Generator v1.0.0 (http://www.gotaxe.com/phpbb-sitemap.php) to dynamically create sitemaps for all the forums I want indexed.

The second is that I register my RSS news feeds with search engines.

Now, does this really help? Who knows. There seems to be more myth then fact about SEO.

I have removed the sessions from my page when guests visit, this seems to have made a dramatic impact on the way google is indexing my site!

Just for those who don't know SEO is search engine optimisation, and there have been a number of posts about it, more in the Archive though, if that helps.

A
