rss feed for downloads block

Just wondering this is possible, and if so how? I'd like to be able to do this b/c the block contains both top and recent. I think I could pull it off w/an iframe or something, but would prefer rss.

I have as feed from a EQ UI site that has downloads in it... I dont know if it will help any
