News Mod

Currently with the news mod if you put the block on different pages, it gets all the news categories. I have news categories for each of my master pages and would like to only show the news associated with master news category.

For instance if I have a master page called Mobility with an associated news category called Mobility News. I also have General News, Legal News and others. They are all shown in every news block I create.

When I place a new block on my Mobility page all I want to see is Mobility News. Right now I see every news category I created.

Has anyone attempted this as yet? If so how or what do I need to change?

I have a feeling I will need to dust off my programming skills and learn PHP.
