Does something like that exist? I'm looking for a block that just lists the top 5 posters. I think it would be a neat addition.

I don't remember adding one and I have one so I'm pretty sure it comes with 1.4.0 but I might be wrong.

Mine is using a block file called 'top posters.' I also have one that displays top points members. It uses a block file called 'top cash' that I modified to show small versions of user avatars.
