[Request] Points Goal

Okay one of the members at my forum wanted to know if it was possible to have a page were it has a goal of forum points earned by everyone in a certain time period

like the top goal will be 500,000 Points and there will be different goals reaching up to 500,000 like 100,000 Points, 200,000 Points, 300,000 Points, 400,000 Points and each goal will have a picture.

Is this possible or is there something like this?

You could use the built in rank system to have your users get a picture automatically once they reach a certain amount of points but as far as a seperate page that shows where they are all at, and how much to go and time etc, you'd have to make that
