Able users to join a usergroup upon when they register. (and not on the profile page)
Able to choose to disable the pending status for the group, while does not affect the pending/open/close group mode after registered. This makes it so the user is part of the group immediately, therefore they do not need to be approved by the group moderator.
there is a mod in phpbb but i have no idea how to implement into im1.40

if i'm dealing with 100k members, i would want to spilt them into groups, afterall, handling small groups is always better than one big group...
