shoutbox stealing text from another post

When I go into shoutbox to create a new message, the message body opens with part of another post on the board . How do i stop this?

I have seen this before on another site but I cannot for the life of me remember how it was solved...
Could you possibly make a test account so that we can see the shout box as at present it is available to guests...
