when trying to download a theme from the downloads section i get an error

"You are not allowed to download this file directly with a link!"

what's up with that?

if you look in your browser address bar, your probably browsing this site as http://integramod.com/forum/
just add the www so it looks like this http://www.integramod.com/forum/

this is a domain setting that seems to reset whenever I update apache through CPanel

I tried to take a theme from Theme Demos (http://www.forumimages.co.uk/IMP/), but there was no link to download any. I was not able to register at http://www.forumimages.co.uk/.
Any suggestions?
