I am the admin for http://forum.bestkiteboarding.com

i have installed several mods on this forum and now i have tried to install the im portal mod in my test environment.....it has some issues here are the error messages im getting.

Also a silly question but alot of people do forget ...did you make a var_cache folder and chmod it to 777...?
