It's designed to work with... Approve MOD. You can find the control pannel under ACP / Approval
Although it is not flawless, it is working. There are several limitations though, which I mentionned in the previous forum but where not confirmed as it seems this mod is not very popular.
For example, if you allow a member which has not the moderator rights to approve and reject messages, then it is not going to work properly.
Apart of that, it is mostly usable. This mod was never really finished, and is not updated since years.

That's with the IntegraMOD package, however. If you're just running IM Portal then you'll need to install the Approve MOD first.
