How to get rid of required flag field & 2x titles

I want the flags to be an option, not required portion. I would also like to make it default not displayed.

Also, titles are being displayed 2x instead of 1x

EDIT: 2x displaying titles fixed, still have problem of having flag as a 'required' field instead of of 'optional'

I couldnt tell you off hand what to do but I remember a post asking a similar question recently...

Try a search for change registration requirements (or similar) that might bring it up..

I tried searching before this post - I just tried again several different ways and still nada.

acp/P.C.P/PCP Wizard/alter form display/

under the "select a page" drop down box, choose
Profile>>Profile>>Your profile>>Registration information

under the heading "user_country" uncheck the "required field" check box, scroll down and click submit
