I would like to know how to reduce the registration options so that they do not display in the registration process, such as country flag (i would like to keep the state flag).

you can add/remove whatever fields you want to in acp/PCP/PCP Wizard/Add / Remove Page Fields

where it say "select a page" you want to edit "Profile>>Profile>>Your Profile>>Registration information
