sounds like possbly a cookie issue. Try the cookieMod in the general download section

Hi, thanks for the quick reply.
That didn't work. The only way I can get to the forums and be logged in is by clicking on my last posts or posts since last visit link in the block. I have a nav block with my own links in but that doesn't keep me logged in.

you have two mods that could affect login and sessions. VIP Code, and captcha. Im guessing the trouble lies there. I got an error message while trying to register also

I've sorted this now, I hard coded a link into my block <img>
