If you mean, is there a Mod that attracks top Posters, or wil create a top poster, no there isn't.

There is a module for the statistics MOD, that will show you the top posters on your forum. This module is, as var as I now, already installed. You only have to set it up in the acp=>im Portal tab.

This module is for lifetime total post count. is there a way to set it to reset in 1 month and only use current monthly post count?

or a way to reduce the amount of displayed poster., Like maybe just display THE top poster?
