I just installed and I am a beginner.

How do I change the fonts in the Portal to match what I am using on my site? I didn't see anything in the tlp file?

Have you looked into your themes .css file?

When I install a theme for the portal, does it just effect the portal? Or does it effect my entire site?

the portal uses much of the same css as the rest of the site. You will notice that when you install a phpbb theme, it will change your portal
