Posting Error - Internal Server Error

What was done to try to solve the problem?




De.scription and Message

The following error appears periodically when posting and users will hit the back button and submital again causing them to double post. A previous responses says to potentially delete the .htaccess file if you are on a windows server. I am on a linux server. Where should I start? and which .htaccess file may be causing this?

it may be your apache/php setup
ask your host if your sever allows folders to be chmodded to 777

All hosts are not the same but usually it's in a folder called logs when you log in ftp to the root.
