hello i really like IM Portal but i have a problem and i have searchd every where on it i did not find anything

i wonder if its possible to have Coppermine 1.4.5 in the portal page please help me anyone i really need help in this point

It doesn't look like there is a way to integrate the databases, but you can still use it within your portal pages by creating a Coppermine "page" and inserting a block with a web page to the Coppermine pages.

Maybe someone else might have a better solution. <img>

i have integrate the coppermine database with phpbb but what im looking to have the gallery in the portal page i have seen it before on a website that have IM Portal

the only way I have seen it done is by using an iframe I will see if i can find the code...

After reading your first post...did you want it shown in a block as that is what you appear to be after or do you just want a link....coppermine will integrate withh phpbb but i am trying to understand as to what you want on your portal page...

no... what i want to have coppermine inside IM Portal.. i want to use coppermine like it is phpbb...
this will work if i can embed coppermine into phpbb but i have searched everywhere i cant find anything <img>

FYI I did have this installed on my old phpbb and it did not share the same user DB but WOW it was awesome!

I integrated it [url=http]HERE[/url]

this is as integrated it can get without major code work. It uses different tables in the same db and has a function to interact with the forum db, but it will not share themes. I believe though that it will share user permissions and group permissions

just want to say something integrating the Coppermine DB with PHPbb DB is very easy the problem is not here...
HelterSkelter i see you are using only Iframe...

on CPG and SMF forum they embed coppermine into SMF Forum maybe it will be a big help if we want to do the same on phpbb but im not php coder so those who can php take a look at this code and see if it can work on phpbb it will be more than good if it does <img> thanks anyway i hope this will work

the problem you will find with the db integration, is that many of the tables aready exist due to mods added to IM, however the build of the tables is different, so you cannot simply insert the CM data.

no, this was not done. Instead, for 141, we updated smartors album to the full album pack which incorporates many of the same features

It does, but actualy the one feature i use most, the batch, to put a whole directory into the gallery, is not available. And i have over a 10.000 pics, thats why i would rather choose Coppermine...

The same like me - I have been trying to find info about doing wrap around my coppermine gallery and put a cpmfetch on the IMportal. I am desperate now and let's continue talking about this. I am asking this in the coppermine website but not sure if anybody is able to help me. So if anybody has done anything, please share.

I tried the FAP Gallerie, and installed a newer version into my IM141 but still it does not have the functionaly a coppermine has, so I would be VERY VERY thankfull if there is anything that would help!
