F.A.M. Only View

this mod gives you the option to make content or whole pages viewable for mods, admins, whole staff or founder only, and even tekst in posts you can make only viewable for admins and mods.
its a must for if you want to create a page with different content or links, images etc based on userlevel
you also can use it to make some bbcodes imgs only viewable for admins, mods etc

the only staff should be no problem to create

the only group is another issue...

i will write the bbcode mod for the advanced bbcode box 5.0 witch can be found in this forum also.

i will write 2 bbcodes:

onlystaff: readable for the whole staff
onlyadmins: readable for the admins only

i will only write the code not make the images...
iff someone want to keep himself bussy with the creations of the images for the advanced bbcode box onlyadmin and onlystaff bbcode they may post a download link in this topic.

[color=red]update 2] on this moment i will only write the onlystaff/onlyadmin bbcode addon for this mod for the only group i will need to install the group only mod first and then write a bbcode for it.

i have a group only view mod on my computer but the problem with the script is you need to define witch group to use it on in the overall_header.php so the bbcode will also only work for that group defined in the overall_header

you can place the code in the overall_header more then once to define more groups and so also add more then one group bbcode.
but the function [group=groupname] tekst [/group] i cannot create on this moment

i've dropped these bbcode install instructions because these instruction wil be included in the F.A.M Only view mod install instructions under "addons"

i've have added the founder only view code to my mod today
it should work but i've not tested that yet the others i've tested
iff the founder code does not work plz let me know, like the rest i will also test that function later this week or begin next week myself.

After installing the admin's view only code and the bbcodes, all text between [onlystaff] [/onlystaff] and [onlyadmins] [/onlyadmins] are readable for everyone?

yes i know found out recently myself also. i'm searching for another way, if you place the codes in the templates it works but it looks like in posts its not working...

i'm verry busy on this moment so i do not have the time for this right now

i've fixed the bbcode function!!!!
just tested it myself
i had to drop the other stuff i'm working on for a while but i'm glad i have fixed the bbcode.
i will post the new install files tomorow in a complete zip file

i still have to write the install and update code.

When thats done everything wil be added to the first post in this topic.

found one fault wich can't be solved...
when someone qoutes the message he/she can see the original post in his/here message area. so they can see also the message between onlyadmin and onlystaff team tags.
but this is with all the bbcodes the same...

i will post the new instructions later this day
