Thanks major pain, this one is checked to the new phpbb upgrading would be a good idea. <img>

I would assume all we do is upload the new files?

That's all I did. File editing is already done.

If you have been keeping up to date on this, I'm guessing yes.
I'll do mine tonight and post to confirm it though.

what 2 files do you upload?
i couldnt find a uplaod .script for it so i had to grab the whole package

unzip it and go to contribupdates directions are there to update from what ever version your on majorpain and i keep it updated all the time so we only had to do the 2 files. depending on your version you may need to do more.

I uploaded the files and I did the db update. It still reads 5.04. <img>

Might be me, but I don't recall doing any DB update.

I think I only editted and uploaded files and that was it.

Yea and it's pretty hard to help him we don't know from what version he had to update.

but it sounds like he may have missed the last update, as it fixed the updated version numbers.
