What can i do with this.

When i try to resend my password information i get this message: Due to safety reasons it is not possible to send a new password every 20 minutes. Please contact the administrator if you have trouble!

And when i try to log in normaly i get this message:
The number of entries of Visual Confirmation has exceeded the limit in this session.

the easiest way to get around that is to open your database in phpmyadmin. go to the sessions table and truncate (empty) it. Close your forum tab in your browser first to ensure you get a new session id
